Seaton Carew - A Traditional Seaside Destination

Hartlepool Museum - Step back in Time
The
Museum of Hartlepool is the finest free show in town and it tells the
story of Hartlepool from prehistoric times to the present day.
Located beside Hartlepool Historic Quay, the Museum of Hartlepool features sea
monsters, a real 'fishing coble' to climb aboard, a Celtic 'Round House' building,
the first 'gas illuminated lighthouse', models, computer interactive displays
and the largest exhibit of all - the PSS Wingfield Castle, a fully restored paddle
steamer, with the Coble Cafe on board.
Voted the 'most popular new attraction in England' by the English Tourist Board
and winner of the BT North East Award for the 'Favourite Children's Visit', the
Museum of Hartlepool is among Britain's top ten free visitor attractions opened
since 1994.
The Museum of Hartlepool is open daily from 10.00am to 5.00pm (including Bank Holidays). Closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Hartlepool
United currently reside in Coca-Cola League One of the English football
league. Having enjoyed much success over recent years, the club is constantly
striving to move forward.
Their 7,629 seater Victoria Park stadium has undergone great development in the past decade to make it one of the most advanced sporting arena's in the local area.
